Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence with daily activities
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and recovery

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in California
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams
• SNF, rehab, or post-acute experience preferred
