Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active Texas SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to maintain and submit weekly timelogs for administration
• Comfortable supporting students across diverse elementary and secondary settings
• Professional communication and collaborative approach with educators and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students, following IEP goals and district procedures
• Manage an assigned caseload, usually at one school but occasional coverage at a second site may be required
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write clear, actionable reports
• Maintain accurate records and data in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Uphold district standards regarding attendance, ensuring accurate documentation of time worked
• Foster a positive and encouraging therapeutic environment for students of varying ages and abilities
