Staging Coordinator

Coordinate and stage materials, components, and packaging for daily production schedules. Use RF scanners to track inventory movement, verify accuracy, and update system records. Ensure all staged items meet quality, labeling, and allergen-control requirements. Communicate with production leads to confirm material readiness and resolve shortages or discrepancies. Maintain organized staging areas, ensuring FIFO/FEFO rotation and proper product handling. Support receiving, put-away, and replenishment tasks as needed. Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and variance investigations. Follow all safety, GMP, and SOP guidelines in a clean, controlled warehouse environment. Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to maintain smooth operations.

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse, production support, or staging role.
• Proficiency with RF scanning and basic inventory systems.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Experience in cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, or other GMP environments preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Work in a clean, organized, light-industrial warehouse focused on product quality. Navigate narrow aisles and high shelving in inventory-driven workflows. Utilize RF scanners, pallet jacks, and staging carts. Work the 1st shift from 7am-3pm in a moderate noise level and climate-controlled environment. Emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

This is a Contract position based out of Monroe, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
