- Native integration across CI/CD pipelines at enterprise scale (500+ engineering teams)
- Sigstore Production-level implementation of artifact signing and verification
- Software supply chain integrity pipelines across distributed engineering environments
- Azure Chaos Studio Resilience engineering through controlled fault injection
- Distributed system failure experimentation across microservices and cloud-native workloads
- Azure Confidential Computing Architecture and deployment of secure enclave workloads
- Support for highly regulated and security-sensitive environments
- SBOM Automation Pipelines End-to-end automated Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation
- Dependency visibility and vulnerability tracking integrated into CI/CD workflows
- FluxCD GitOps Platform Engineering Enterprise-grade GitOps-driven infrastructure delivery
- Large-scale AKS cluster management
Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps architecture and cloud platform engineering
- Demonstrated enterprise-scale delivery experience within Fortune-level organizations
- Experience in finance, healthcare, retail, or technology sectors
- Proven hands-on expertise in all seven mandatory niche skills listed above
- Experience supporting 500+ engineering teams or equivalent large-scale platform environments
- Background in regulated industries with strong knowledge of compliance, audit, and security requirements
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps enterprise CI/CD platform design and management
- Strong Kubernetes (AKS) platform engineering experience
- Enterprise-scale Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Bicep)
- DevSecOps architecture and security-first pipeline design
- Secure artifact signing pipeline implementation and management
- Experience with modern software supply chain security frameworks
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and govern centralized CI/CD platforms using Azure DevOps
- Implement Open Policy Agent (OPA) policy-as-code enforcement across engineering organizations
- Design and manage enterprise infrastructure lifecycle governance using Azure Deployment Stacks
- Build and operate GitOps delivery frameworks using FluxCD
- Manage large-scale AKS cluster platforms and infrastructure delivery
- Lead software supply chain security initiatives
- Implement Sigstore-based artifact signing and verification pipelines
- Design and automate SBOM generation, dependency visibility, and vulnerability tracking processes
- Architect secure workload environments using Azure Confidential Computing
- Conduct resilience engineering and fault-injection experiments using Azure Chaos Studio
- Define and enforce DevSecOps standards, governance frameworks, and security controls
- Collaborate with security, platform, and product engineering teams
- Align DevOps strategies with enterprise compliance and regulatory requirements
- Mentor senior engineers on GitOps, supply chain security, and policy-driven delivery practices
- Establish and promote engineering best practices across the organization
