Service Delivery Lead - FIS Partnership

Role Summary The Service Delivery Lead role supports the effectiveness of the RPS and FIS Partnership, aligning with the multi‑year product and technology roadmap focused on digital plan sponsor and participant experiences. The role partners with RPS Product, Client Experience, Data, and Client Services to manage program delivery, governance, and communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities Program management of product roadmap and transformation plan with FIS. Align client and business needs, market and competitive insights with digital and client experience capabilities. Manage overall status, risk, issues, dependencies within TRP and jointly with FIS program managers. Build consultative partnerships with business lead partners and FIS to identify opportunities to improve delivery and quality of product capabilities. Lead and facilitate change through others. Lead governance forums both within TRP and jointly with FIS. Align delivery plans to contractual requirements, manage change controls, approve payments aligned to budget, and oversee SLAs and other performance metrics. Support the development of annual product roadmap and ongoing transformation strategy. Engage with RPS Client Services to support go‑to‑market messaging for new product releases and readiness plans. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 8+ years of total relevant work experience. Preferred: Knowledge or experience in Operations, Product/Tech development, RPS business, Vendor Management, or Business Management. Desire to drive strategy, results, and accountability across internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing large‑scale programs and navigating/influencing broadly. FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home. Salary Ranges Base salary ranges are location‑specific: Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers: $133,000 – $227,000. Washington, D.C.: $146,000 – $250,000.
