Must Have:

• 5+ years as a Supervisor, Manager, or Director within Health Information Management
• Acute care hospital experience
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field
• Strong knowledge of HIM operations, legal medical records, release of information, record completion, and documentation compliance
• HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS, and regulatory compliance expertise
• Experience leading staff performance management, coaching, onboarding, and employee development
• Budgeting, operational oversight, and resource allocation experience
• EHR implementation, optimization, or medical record integrity experience

Highly Preferred:

• RHIA certification
• Multi-site hospital experience
• Large health system experience
• Release of Information leadership experience
• Medical record conversion or digital transformation project experience
