Resident Services Coordinator We are currently seeking a Resident Services Coordinator! Responsibilities Engage residents and connect them with resources and services. Plan and coordinate workshops, events, and community programs. Partner with onsite staff and Rainbow Housing to deliver high-quality services. Maintain records and submit monthly reports on program outcomes. Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment for all residents. Requirements Background in social services, education, community engagement, or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working with diverse populations; bilingual a plus. Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with multiple partners.
