Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in geriatric rehabilitation, fall prevention programs, and restorative nursing collaboration preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records documentation preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Schedule: 5x8 (five days per week, eight-hour shifts).
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 35 per VMS contract.
