THE JOB
The Youth & Family Therapist is part of CenterPointe's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) expansion and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to youth and families. As a clinical member of a multidisciplinary outpatient team, you will provide therapy, complete comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and respond to crisis situations.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and adolescents
• Complete comprehensive assessments, safety plans, and treatment plans within established timelines
• Maintain an active caseload while meeting service and documentation expectations
• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate clinical intervention
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Maintain compliance with agency training, licensure, and documentation standards

WHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience working with persons with co-occurring and complex diagnoses
- A valid driver's license and acceptable DMV record (last 7 years)
- LMHP/LIMHP and LADC licenses in the state of Nebraska (provisional licenses will be considered!)
