We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Washington State Occupational Therapy license required prior to start. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required. Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, Long‑Term Care, or post‑acute rehab setting preferred. Experience evaluating and treating skilled nursing and long‑term care residents, including ADL training, cognitive treatment, and durable medical equipment recommendations. Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
