It requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities Acting as a subject matter expert to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant completion of assigned processes. Maintaining process documentation and work instructions to support consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and business continuity. Executing assigned work activities and providing guidance, feedback, and support to team members as needed to promote quality and consistency. Monitoring process performance, identifying root causes of issues, and recommending solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of related team processes to provide cross-functional support and coverage during planned and unplanned absences. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to support operational goals, service delivery requirements, and client needs. Supporting ad hoc requests, special projects, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, documentation, tools, and workflows to drive operational excellence and reduce risk. Managing multiple priorities while meeting established deadlines, service levels, and quality expectations. Helping reinforce operational discipline by using structured problem solving, consistent documentation, and proactive risk identification. Requirements Possess Bachelor's in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field . Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered. 2–4 years of experience in operations, client delivery, project coordination, reporting support, process improvement, or a related business support function. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Able to be detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Able to demonstrate commitment to process excellence, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for improved efficiency and consistency. Able to self-motivate and be proactive, capable of working independently while collaborating well with teams and cross-functional partners. Possess communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. Salary Pay Range Minimum: 62,000.00 USD Maximum: 63,000.00 USD Pay Transparency Statement: Alight considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
