Descripción del puesto Como Coordinador quirúrgico, te encargarás de organizar y gestionar las programaciones de cirugías de retina y otros procedimientos oftalmológicos, asegurando que toda la información clínica y administrativa esté completa y actualizada. Coordinarás con el equipo médico, personal de enfermería y administración para garantizar que las cirugías se realicen de forma eficiente, segura y puntual. En tu día a día, revisarás documentación médica, comprobarás autorizaciones y verificaciones de seguros, y mantendrás una comunicación fluida con pacientes para explicar pasos del proceso quirúrgico y resolver dudas. Este es un puesto a tiempo completo, presencial y ubicado en Spring, TX. Requisitos Aptitudes en planificación y coordinación quirúrgica, incluyendo experiencia en Surgery Scheduling y organización de agendas médicas. liconocimientos sólidos de terminología médica (medical terminology), especialmente en el ámbito oftalmológico o quirúrgico. Experiencia en verificación de seguros y gestión administrativa sanitaria (Insurance Verification), con atención al detalle y precisión en el manejo de datos. Fuertes aptitudes de atención al paciente y Customer Service, así como habilidades de Comunicación claras y empáticas, tanto oral como escrita. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo con personal médico y administrativo, gestión del tiempo, manejo de múltiples tareas, y uso fluido de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de historia clínica electrónica. #J-18808-Ljbffr Retina Center Of New Jersey
