Shipping and Receiving Clerk - Now Hiring

Master both sides of the supply chain! Become a shipping and receiving clerk and enjoy consistent pay with the benefit of a flexible schedule. We offer short-term mandates in high-volume distribution centers, allowing you to use your administrative and organizational skills to manage the entire material flow cycle from inbound verification to outbound carrier dispatch. Your responsibilities: Inbound processing: accurately verify and reconcile incoming freight using bills of lading (bols) and packing slips, noting discrepancies and ensuring prompt data entry into the warehouse management system (wms). Outbound processing: generate all necessary shipping documents, manifests, and tracking labels for outbound orders, coordinating carrier pickups and ensuring compliance. Inventory accuracy: assist with maintaining inventory records, performing quick cycle counts or location checks in both receiving and shipping areas. Staging and flow: manage the staging areas for both inbound materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient and safe movement between dock doors and storage locations. Communication: serve as the primary contact for both incoming carriers (deliveries) and outgoing carriers (pickups), resolving minor documentation issues quickly. Location: Greenville, SC Work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Qualifications: up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting) Dress code: Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
