About the Role

As a Physical Therapist (PRN), you will work on a per diem basis to provide physical therapy services to our residents. Your expertise will help improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and assessing residents' physical therapy needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Providing physical therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and modalities
• Documenting progress and communicating with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements

Physical Therapist (PRN) license in the state of Nebraska

Physical Therapist (PRN) registration with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
