Customer Success Data Scientist

Driving long-term customer success for a portfolio of clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Data Scientist will leverage data science expertise to enhance analytical capabilities, serve as a trusted advisor, and collaborate across teams to improve customer outcomes. Key responsibilities Develop and implement technical strategies that align with customer business objectives and enhance adoption of Spotfire solutions Build consultative relationships with customers through regular health assessments, acting as a trusted advisor to navigate challenges Lead innovation efforts in applied machine learning and AI, translating customer goals into technical solutions and prototypes Required qualifications 3-5+ years of data science experience with software environments and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL 3-5+ years of experience in advanced data analytics and delivering software applications or projects 3-5+ years of industry experience in sectors like Manufacturing, Energy, or Life Sciences, applying analytics to sector-specific data problems Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
