If you are committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and thrive in a collaborative, caring environment, we invite you to apply and become part of our welcoming community.Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with physician ordersMonitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare teamAssist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobilityDocument resident care and maintain accurate medical recordsCollaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plansEnsure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standardsProvide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive environmentSkills and Qualifications:Valid and active Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensePrior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyCompassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needsExcellent organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of state and federal healthcare regulationsThis position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors.
