Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with nursing staff to monitor patient health and report any changes in condition. This position requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes the dignity and independence of each resident in our care./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing./liliHelp residents with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning./liliMonitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure./liliProvide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive atmosphere./liliCommunicate effectively with nursing staff and family members regarding resident needs and changes./li/ulh3Minimum Qualifications/h3ulliSuccessful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant training and competency evaluation program or acceptable verification of this from State Nurse Assistant Registry./liliThere is no finding in the Registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliPrevious experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting./li/ul/div
