The Role: We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing Operations team. This is a foundational, entry-level role for someone excited to help shape how we communicate with and support our policyholders — homeowners navigating insurance in a changing climate. You’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial & Operations and our Underwriting teams to support homeowners and brokers through every step of the insurance experience — from answering questions to processing policy changes and tracking claims. You’ll also help us implement communication workflows and documentation systems that become the backbone of our support function.
