Financial Analyst

Financial AnalystThe Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities. The key responsibilities for this role include:Prepare monthly reportingSupport in preparing monthly financial statementsPerform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paidOwn AP process surrounding drug expendituresPerform accounting responsibilities surrounding our real estate entityPerform bank account reconciliationsAssist in the month-end close process including booking journal entriesAssist in financial statement reviewServe as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable SpecialistSupport Chief Financial Officer with analysis as neededOther responsibilities as requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accountingStrong attention to detailsAnalytically mindedOrganized and able to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-driven and self-sufficientAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP a plus but not requiredAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPay/Benefits:- $70,000- $90,000 annually- Competitive salary- Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance- 401(k)- Profit Sharing Plan- PTOThe potential base pay range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually.The pay range listed in this job posting is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered and is not a guarantee of a particular wage.
