Bowling Green Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our exceptional clinical team at our 66-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility .

As our Director of Nursing, you will provide leadership, direction, and oversight for all nursing services while fostering a culture of clinical excellence, teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations to ensure exceptional resident care and regulatory compliance.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff while promoting employee engagement and retention.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes.

• Monitor quality measures, infection prevention, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, and community partners.

• Promote a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky.

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

• Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and long-term care operations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding resident care.
