TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital is hiring a Full-Time Financial Counselor!

TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital, a leading surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled Financial Counselor to join our team. As a financial counselor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

The Financial Counselor is the primary escalation point for end user support requests escalated to the IT Financial Systems team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year experience using or supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (Payables, General Ledger) preferred
• 1 year experience using or supporting Aqualogic BPM preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
• Experience with SQL*Plus and/or MS SQL is helpful
• Past experience in an IT Support role is helpful
