You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or GED Good listening skills Excellent customer service, energized individual with compassion for assisting others Willing to improve their standing by obtaining the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.).
