Oak Street Health New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship (Spanish Required)

Overview Oak Street Health offers a 12‑month paid Fellowship for New Graduate Nurse Practitioners in Adult Primary Care, in partnership with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. The program equips fellows with clinical skills, patient panel building, and didactic training in a value‑based care model. Program Details 12‑month paid fellowship starting September and March each year. Fellows commit to work at Oak Street for at least one year after completion. Annual salary of $110,000. Dedicated teamwork time to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements Family, adult, or adult‑gerontology primary care NP who graduated or will graduate between December 2024 and May 2026. Currently reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the fellowship location for at least the next two years. Have not worked as an NP before. Minimum of one year RN experience within the last five years. Minimum GPA of 3.0 in the NP program. Have passed, or be in the process of passing, NP board examinations by 6/6/2026. Hold or will hold an active, non‑probationary state NP license by 8/3/2026. Genuine passion for adult primary care and older adults. Supportive attitude toward older adult patients.
