Woodhouse Spa - Highland Park is opening its first North Shore location, and we’re seeking the founding Lead Spa Concierge. You’ll set up the front desk from scratch, shape how our team greets and cares for guests, and work alongside the Spa Director daily. You’ll own front desk operations, retail and guest experience, greet guests, manage check-in/out, coordinate VIP events, tours, and refreshments, and ensure private rooms are ready.
