Electronics Engineering Technician IV

Job Description The Electronics Engineering Technician IV supports design engineering and development activities and uses electronic and mechanical testing equipment. This role involves hands‑on prototyping and testing, setting up equipment, keeping records, and performing routine repairs. Compensation: Minimum Salary $36.05 - Maximum Salary $44.18 Responsibilities Verify and operate automated test equipment, special test equipment and test cables Direct and Assist with installations and upgrades of equipment Uses Digital Multimeters and oscilloscopes, as well as other test and measurement equipment Make any necessary mark ups to drawings and schematics. Generate ECO's as required Assemble test fixtures and set up test equipment for product development team Recommend tools, equipment and test fixture needs and support acquisition Perform hands‑on prototyping and testing of new and modified designs under direction of Design Engineering personnel Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of experience in area of responsibility. Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance Additional Information This position may require access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition of any job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you may need to obtain a U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
