Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Pediatric Partners is seeking a Part‑time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in‑home, home‑health therapy to children and families throughout the DFW area. This role delivers flexibility, meaningful pediatric work, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. What You’ll Do Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities. Provide direct occupational therapy services in the home setting. Support skill development related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, play, self‑care, daily routines, and functional independence. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to help children achieve meaningful outcomes. Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices when appropriate and train families on proper use. Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support carry‑over between visits. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child‑centered care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy. Active Occupational Therapy license in Texas. One year of experience preferred; pediatric experience preferred but not required. Home‑health experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families. Compassionate, dependable, and detail‑oriented approach to care.
