As a Cultivation Technician, you are a key part of the grow operation. You support plant health, maintain clean and organized environments, and help ensure everything is running smoothly from veg to harvest. Your goal is to produce consistent, high quality plants while following all compliance and operational standards. You are someone who notices the little things and takes pride in getting them right. You like staying busy and being part of a fast paced environment. You naturally keep things clean, organized, and efficient. You enjoy hands on work and don't mind getting dirty. You take ownership and follow through without needing constant direction. If you are reading this thinking yep that is me, keep going. Assist with watering, feeding, pruning, and general plant care. Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns. Follow daily cultivation schedules and assigned tasks. Clean and sanitize rooms, tools, and equipment regularly. Follow all state compliance and internal SOPs. Help maintain a safe and organized work environment. Support harvesting, trimming, and processing plants. Handle plants carefully to maintain quality standards. Assist with drying, curing, and packaging preparation. Track plant movement and update systems as needed. Assist with counts and ensure accuracy in reporting. Follow processes to maintain compliance with state systems. Maintain a positive and respectful environment. Step in where needed and support the team. Help create a workplace people enjoy being part of. Total compensation & benefits Base pay $21.00 per hour Approximately 40 hours per week Estimated annual base pay of $43,680 Health insurance with 50 percent company contribution $62 Dental insurance with 50 percent company contribution $13 Vision insurance fully covered by the company $4 Paid time off of 56 hours annually is (accrued) approximately, $1176 Sick time off of 40 hours annually is (accrued) approximately, $840 Estimated total compensation Approximately $46,063 per Year Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Attention to detail and reliability. Comfortable with physical work and standing for extended periods. Ability to follow processes and maintain compliance.
