DTID, Inc operates Domino's Pizza stores in Kentucky and Indiana. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a General Manager (Entry Level). Job Description The successful candidate will begin as a pizza delivery driver and progress through a structured training program that includes: Pizza preparation and kitchen operations Delivery and customer service Assisting in store management and training new staff Progressing to Assistant Manager level with increasing responsibilities and bonus potential Potential to become a General Manager, District Manager, Training Implementation Specialist, or other leadership roles within the company Compensation starts at $14–$16 per hour with eligibility for weekly bonuses, and may reach up to $85,000 per year for experienced General Managers. Qualifications Full‑time availability Willingness to learn new technology continuously Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Preferred management experience and strong leadership skills A commitment to completing all stages of the company training program Additional Information Starting Pay: $14–$16 per hour. Bonuses up to $100 per week after certification. Pay increases with each training level. Physical Requirements: Standing: Most tasks performed standing; walking on tile or linoleum surfaces; work surfaces 36–48”. Walking & Delivery: Travel between store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations. Sitting: Completing paperwork at a desk or table. Lifting: Handling hand truck loads up to 50 lbs, stacking items up to 72”. Carrying: Moving items such as pizza sauce (30 lbs) and dough trays (12 lbs each) over short distances. Pushing: Moving trays on dollies (24–30”) requiring up to 7.5 lbs force. Climbing & Stooping: Navigating stairs or ladders, bending; repeated activities lasting 30–45 seconds. Crouching/Squatting: Occasional shelf stocking and cleaning. Reaching: Frequent reaching overhead or downwards as needed.
