The Russ Darrow Group is seeking a driven and experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for a proven automotive professional who thrives on coaching others, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.As a New Car Sales Manager, you will play a key role in mentoring Sales Associates, improving team performance, and helping customers through the buying process. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, a track record of success in automotive sales, and a hands-on approach to desking and closing deals.ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and hold the sales team accountable to performance goals and standardsWork directly with customers and sales staff to build relationships and enhance the overall sales processAssist in desking deals, structuring transactions, and closing new car deals and helping with used car deals when necessaryTrain, coach, and mentor Sales Associates on proven sales techniques and product knowledgeMonitor and improve team productivity, including lead follow-up, appointments, and closing ratiosSupport the development of each salesperson’s pipeline and customer baseFacilitate ongoing sales training and team development initiativesEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales processCollaborate with F&I and other departments to ensure smooth deal flow and customer experienceMaintain expert knowledge of OEM programs, incentives, and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate application on all dealsOversee new vehicle inventory management including ordering, aging, pricing strategy, and turn rate optimizationSupport manufacturer initiatives, including sales events, launches, and CSI programs, to meet or exceed OEM benchmarksAbout UsThe Darrow Difference is the foundation of our success – and we want you to be a part of it!Are you outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and have a passion for the latest technology?
