Arion Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide habilitation, attendant care, and respite services to members in their homes and/or community in Arizona. What You'll Do: As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide hands‑on assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities by: Offering support in daily living activities (e.g., personal care, meal preparation, household tasks) Assisting with community engagement and social integration Promoting independence and skill‑building through individualized goals and programs Ensuring the safety and well‑being of the individuals you care for Providing emotional support and positive reinforcement Keeping accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with state and agency guidelines What We're Looking For: Compassionate & Caring Attitude: You're passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others. Flexibility & Reliability: Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the members. Experience: Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates! Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with individuals, families, and team members. Physical Requirements: Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
