Full-Time Nanny Manager (Immediate Start) We are a private family seeking an exceptional, career Nanny / Household Manager to join our home on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who brings a high level of discretion, organization, and warmth, and who thrives in a dynamic, well-run household. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, anticipates needs, and values being part of a collaborative, respectful family environment. Position Overview This role blends high-level childcare with household management, requiring someone who can seamlessly transition between nurturing care for our three children and overseeing the day-to-day flow of the home. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and naturally takes initiative. Schedule * Full-time position * Typical schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM * Flexibility required based on family needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and travel Key Responsibilities * Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for three children * Confidently manage daily routines, transitions, and schedules * Oversee household organization, logistics, and general operations * Coordinate school pickups, activities, and appointments * Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment * Communicate clearly and professionally with principals * Travel with the family domestically and internationally Qualifications * Career nanny with substantial experience in private homes, ideally with multiple children * Demonstrated ability to manage both childcare and household responsibilities at a high level * Exceptional organizational and time management skills * Strong communication skills and a high degree of professionalism * Excellent judgment and safety awareness * CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start) * Strong swimmer * Valid driver's license with confidence driving larger vehicles * Up-to-date on Tdap and flu vaccinations * Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening *Reference check * Comfortable working around cats, large dogs, and reptiles * Spanish speaking is a plus * Willingness to sign a confidentiality (NDA) agreement * Physically capable of keeping up with young children and an active household Candidate Profile * Highly discreet, trustworthy, and dependable * Proactive and intuitive, with the ability to anticipate needs * Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented * High energy with a strong work ethic * Professional presentation and demeanor * Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively alongside other household staff * Equally comfortable taking direction and working independently Compensation & Benefits * Rate per hour depending on experience. *Paid time off *Paid sick days *Paid inclement weather days *Performance Bonus' * Annual evaluations (compensation increases based on performance ) * Travel accommodations and expenses covered Requirements 2 years experience minimum
