Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring effective and efficient care delivery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct patient education and training sessions to promote independence and self-care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and supportive environment

Requirements

• Current LPN/RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum 0 years of experience as a nurse (new graduates welcome to apply!)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and delegation skills, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
