The Health IT Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products that enable Government leadership to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a remote position requiring all work be performed in the continental United States. US Citizenship is required for consideration for this position. Essential Responsibilities
- Develop operational and executive dashboards.
- Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare and operational data.
- Build recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Validate data quality and investigate anomalies.
- Create visualizations supporting executive decision-making.
- Perform trend analysis and forecasting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Document reporting methodologies and business rules.
- Support performance measurement initiatives.
- Present findings to Government stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years of data analytics experience.
- Experience developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards.
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills.
- Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability.
- Healthcare analytics experience.
- Federal reporting experience.
- Knowledge of Power Platform.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
