Requirements Previous leadership experience Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards Knowledge of cash handling procedures The ability to empower and mentor the Tribe Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Must learn to cross-train in all positions Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment. The ability to demonstrate our Values daily: Teamwork, Relentlessness, Integrity, Best in Class, and Empowerment Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs. Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift) Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use Use ladders occasionally Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams Recognition and growth- we aim to recognize your dedication and hard work.
