Our objective at Cascades Center for Dental Health is to promote, market, enroll, educate, and deliver outstanding dentistry care to our patients. We are focused on providing only the best to our staff and to our patients.
Duties and responsibilities of the general dentist is to provide patients with preventive, educational, and therapeutic services, which support the complete oral health of the patient. This includes evaluation and implementation of pre-agreed plans; maintaining accurate activities and statistics; demonstrating clinical excellence; ensuring that each patient receives a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment; delivering superior dentistry which continually exceed the patient's expectations in service, comfort, and quality; and consistently educating the patients in their ongoing dental health care.
Qualifications include:
- Dental degree from an accredited University.
- Active State Dental Board license in VA.
- Residency of private practice experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced speaking and presentation abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Committed to quality patient care.
