With more than 25,000 employees dedicated to excellence in aerospace, this is your opportunity to lead, support, and grow within a mission-driven culture.What You Will Be DoingSupervise represented employees in direct support of material handling activities on the production line.Ensure timely delivery of hard tooling, part kits, consumables, and standard hardware in a presentation method that maximizes efficiency and traceability.Maintain high standards for housekeeping, Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention, and audit-readiness in all operational areas.Oversee the staging of all work-in-process (WIP) materials to support scheduled operations and reduce production delays.Manage risk mitigation strategies for material constraints and expedite needs across production units.Ensure safety, provisioning, and ongoing training of direct reports to maintain compliance and operational readiness.This role requires availability on weekends and on-call support 24/7 as needed to ensure continuity of production operations.
