Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer (MEP) — NYC | Design Power That Moves a City

Let's be honest—New York doesn't run on coffee alone. It runs on power. Smart, resilient, beautifully engineered power. That's where you come in.

We're an MEP firm that refuses to be boring. We design the systems behind skyline-defining towers, high-performance commercial spaces, and infrastructure that actually works when it matters. And right now, we're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who knows their way around a one-line diagram—and isn't afraid to push boundaries.

What you'll do:

• Lead electrical design for complex building systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency systems—you know the drill, but you do it better)
• Own projects from concept through construction, with real influence—not just redlines
• Collaborate with sharp architects, engineers, and clients who expect excellence
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar across the team
• Navigate NYC codes and standards like a pro (because you are one)

What you bring:

• 8+ years of MEP experience, ideally in NYC
• PE license (or very close)
• Deep knowledge of electrical systems design and coordination
• Confidence to make decisions—and the judgment to make the right ones
• A personality. Yes, it matters.

Why this role hits different:

• High-visibility projects you'll actually be proud to point at
• A team that respects expertise (no micromanaging nonsense)
• Competitive compensation + real growth trajectory
• Hybrid flexibility, because you've earned it
• A culture that values sharp thinking, not just long hours

If you're ready to design systems that keep one of the most demanding cities in the world alive and thriving—this is your seat at the table.
