Manufacturing Technician II, Compounding (A2 Night Shift)

Manufacturing Technician II position supporting cGMP biologics production operations on night shift (6pm-6:30am). Responsibilities include cell culture work, chromatography, filtration, equipment preparation, and material sampling within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Perform cell culture operations from vial thaw through production scale manufacturing
Execute column chromatography and tangential flow filtration procedures
Sample in-process and raw materials to support quality testing requirements
Prepare buffers and media, operate sterilization equipment (autoclave, glass washer)
Maintain equipment through cleaning-in-place and steam-in-place protocols

Requirements

Associate degree in science or equivalent experience with 2+ years relevant manufacturing experience
Bachelor's degree with 1+ year relevant experience, or Bachelor's in Engineering with any experience
Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing procedures and quality protocols
Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIMS), SAP, or automated control systems
Ability to follow established procedures and adapt to new assignments as needed
