Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) near Las Cruces, NM

Job Description Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required. Soliant Health is looking for a COTA to work collaboratively with our occupational therapists (OTs) in providing therapy services to students with diverse needs. The COTA will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and supporting students in achieving their academic and functional goals. Responsibilities Assist in implementing occupational therapy interventions and activities as directed by licensed OTs. Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups. Conduct functional assessments and assist in developing treatment goals and plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program. Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) issued by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
