Job Description

Job Summary

The Repack Team Member works on a production line to repackage food products for retail and food service customers. Responsibilities include handling food safely, operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Unpack and repackage food into trays or containers
Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Keep work area clean and organized
Use PPE as required
Stack and label boxes properly
Operate powered equipment (stand-up/sit-down)
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic reading, writing, and counting skills
Attention to detail and quality
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments (as low as 0&degree;F)
Flexible schedule based on production needs
