Front Desk Client Care Specialist - Evenings and Saturdays Business Hours: Mon 9:00-3:00, Tues thru Fri 9:00-7:00, Sat 9:00-5:00
If you’re energized by client care, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a salon and spa that values warmth, professionalism, and excellence—we want to meet you! Evenings and Saturdays are required, approx. 25 hours Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with genuine warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out, setting the tone for a relaxing experience
- Schedule and coordinate appointments seamlessly using our advanced booking system
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members—whether by phone, email, text, or in person
- Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and welcoming to ensure smooth daily operations
- Share details about our services, packages, and promotions to help clients make the most of their visit
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns with grace, speed, and professionalism
- Support housekeeping with laundry and tea service prep to maintain our signature Wingate ambiance
- A positive attitude and polished communication skills that make clients feel welcome and cared for
- At least 1 year of customer service experience—bonus points if you’ve thrived in a fast-paced, client-facing role
- Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail—you keep things running smoothly
- Confident with computers and a quick-learner when it comes to new systems and tools
- Reliable availability for evening shifts and Saturdays—this is essential to support our busiest times
