At The Gents Place, this is not a traditional manager role. You will drive revenue through your own sales performance while coaching and leading a small team to do the same. You’ll sell premium memberships ($525–$8,000/yr) and luxury retail (Creed fragrances $500+), while setting the standard for sales, service, and professionalism.
