Locums General Surgery Clinic + Call Bentonville, AR (IMLC Accepted) Why This Role : Balanced mix of clinic, inpatient, and call coverage Fast credentialing with temporary privileges available Broad general surgery case mix Ongoing coverage need Assignment Details : Start Date: 5/1/2026 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient Schedule: Clinic, inpatient rounding, and beeper call coverage Call response time: 30 minutes EMR: Cerner Credentialing: 30 days (temporary privileges available) Facility accepts multiple providers: yes Requirements : Active AR license or IMLC Board certification or eligibility Clean history ACLS BLS Clinical Details : General surgery coverage including inpatient and outpatient care Assigned and unassigned patient rounding Procedures include appendectomy, cholecystectomy, and hernia repair GI endoscopy including upper and lower endoscopy, colonoscopy, and sigmoidoscopy Chest tube and central line placement Exposure to laparoscopic and trauma-related cases Additional experience in breast, vascular, and thoracic procedures preferred Level IV trauma facility Collaboration with multidisciplinary care team Compensation : Facility is accepting bids
