Corporate Associate Attorney

Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a nationally recognized AmLaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience to join its growing business practice in either Columbus or Cincinnati. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated middle market and large-cap transactions as part of a collaborative national platform. The role offers direct client contact, meaningful responsibility, and the ability to work across a broad range of corporate matters alongside attorneys in multiple offices.
