What you'll do

• Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization. Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports.
• Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues.
• Supervise staff to ensure the organization's activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Perform mandatory job site inspections to ensure employee compliance.

What you'll need

• Fiber Splicing/Telecom experience.
• Supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Valid driver's license (class "C" minimum).
• Capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions.

Routinely: occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces, work at heights and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
