Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals. Operate and maintain specialized equipment safely, ensuring proper calibration. Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and accurately record evaluations, interventions, and outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate care. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise, body mechanics, injury prevention, and self‑management strategies. Adhere to infection control, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe treatment environment. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and professional development to stay current with best practices. Assist in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home settings.
