Project Manager - Construction

Project ManagerFrench & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager for our Construction Engineering department for our office in Newark, NJ.Responsibilities:Process all projects related Pay Estimates, Submittals, Shop Drawings, RFI's, and Change Orders.Manage multiple transportation related construction projects at once.Review, track, and markup Construction Schedules.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Chair meetings.Interface with clients and contractors.QualificationsBachelors in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and/or Construction/Engineering related field.Professional Engineering (PE) LicenseMinimum of eight (8) years of construction related experience and two(2) years of Project Management experience.Experience performing construction inspection on Civil Engineering projects.Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office preferred but not required.Candidate should be motivated, organized, and willing to work in the office and field.BenefitsWe understand that a fulfilling career is about more than just the work you do – it's about feeling secure in your health, confident in your financial future, and balanced in your personal and professional life.
