Experienced Dental Assistant

We are a progressive, growth-focused dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant with strong knowledge of general dentistry and a passion for exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor chairside during a wide variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and documentation
- Educate patients on treatment and post-op instructions
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Anticipate clinical needs and help maintain smooth patient flow
- Support team communication and contribute to positive office culture
- Assist with organization, systems, and overall practice efficiency
Qualifications
- Prior dental assisting experience required
- Strong understanding of general dentistry procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and growth-oriented
- Experience with digital software, radiographs, and modern technology preferred
