Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate strategic projects, and drive operational excellence across the organization. The Program Manager will oversee multiple related projects, align stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to balance strategic planning and day-to-day execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and external partners.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and best practices.
• Track KPIs, metrics, and outcomes to measure program success.
• Manage dependencies across projects and align priorities with organizational goals.
• Support change management and communication efforts during program rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 38+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations leadership.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies preferred.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or related certifications are a plus.
