Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' unique needs to create personalized therapy strategies that guide them in achieving their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices: Employ evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognition, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families essential therapy techniques to promote continuous improvement at home
• Monitor Progress and Adjust: Track clinical outcomes meticulously and modify treatments to keep patients on the right track

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or additional certifications encouraged and welcomed

Licenses

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
